1. Cookies on the marketing website
The marketing website at taxicloud.app uses no third-party advertising cookies. Depending on the production configuration, we use:
- Plausible Analytics (cookieless first-party analytics) — privacy-respecting page-view and event metrics, no cross-site tracking, no personal data.
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager — page-view, conversion, navigation, and performance events. We do not send passenger, driver, or lead form-field values.
- Microsoft Clarity — aggregate behaviour diagnostics such as clicks, scroll depth, and session-quality signals where enabled. Sensitive input fields are not captured by TaxiCloud events.
- Cloudflare — security and performance, sets a short-lived cf-clearance cookie if our DDoS challenge is triggered.
2. Cookies in the dispatch platform
Authenticated dispatch platform sessions use a single first-party session cookie for authentication. No third-party cookies are set within the platform. Pro Ultra customers running on a custom domain carry the session cookie on their own domain; we never proxy or share session cookies across customer tenants.
3. Driver and customer mobile apps
The TaxiCloud driver app and customer-facing booking app use OS-level secure storage for authentication tokens — no cookies. Push notification tokens are managed via Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and Apple Push Notification Service on iOS.
4. Your choices
You can opt out by using browser privacy controls, Global Privacy Control, or a content blocker that blocks Plausible, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Microsoft Clarity requests. The website continues to function unchanged.
5. Changes to this policy
Material changes are notified via the marketing website and to Customers via email. The effective date at the top of this page is updated on every revision.
