- Which mailboxes does Email AI connect to?
- Gmail / Google Workspace, Outlook / Microsoft 365, any IMAP mailbox, and provider forwarding (Mailgun, SendGrid). You connect the inbox your riders already email — there is no new address to promote and nothing for your provider to configure.
- Will it send emails without me approving them?
- Only if you tell it to. Email AI runs in three modes per fleet: Draft (it writes, you send), Confirm (it proposes the booking, you approve with one click), and Auto (it replies and books the routine ones on its own). Most operators start in Draft and tighten the reins as trust builds.
- Does the AI reply sound like a robot?
- No — it drafts in your fleet’s voice using your booking rules, so replies read like your dispatchers wrote them. You review the tone in Draft mode before you ever hand over more control.
- What happens to emails it is unsure about?
- In Auto mode it books the routine, unambiguous requests and escalates anything uncertain back to a human, so your desk only ever sees the emails that genuinely need judgement.
