Executive (or corporate chauffeur) dispatch covers pre-booked, premium-vehicle-class trips for corporate accounts. It requires curated driver pools, vehicle-class enforcement (E-Class, S-Class, V-Class, EQS, etc.), white-glove SLAs (10-minute pre-arrival, branded greeting, in-car amenities), and corporate billing with cost-centre coding for the client's expense system.
Executive dispatch fails when consumer auto-dispatch logic is allowed near corporate accounts. The Aurora console pins executive trips to a curated driver pool — only drivers vetted by the account manager are eligible — and the platform enforces vehicle class against the booking spec (a booked S-Class can't be substituted to an E-Class without explicit account approval).
White-glove SLAs are tracked per account: pre-arrival window, in-vehicle amenities checklist, branded driver behaviour. The driver app prompts the driver through the SLA at trip start.
Corporate billing supports cost-centre coding, project codes, and direct integration with the major expense systems (SAP Concur, Expensify, Coupa). Receipts emit in the format each system expects.
